2. Place the Sonos Move upside down on a flat, dry and clean surface. Ensure the rubber end of the cap is facing up before you start replacing the lithium battery.
3. Locate the pick that comes with the replacement kit. Use this pick to lift the ends of the rubber strip. This is on the underside of the portable speaker, now facing up.
4. Check for the hex tool that’s part of the battery replacement kit. Use the hex tool to unscrew the two screws on both ends of the speaker underneath the rubber strip.
